Loading Diagrams
Within each of your cabinet drawers, you’ll need a drawer interior that matches up with your storage items. Vidmar’s most popular drawer interiors are partition-and-divider setups referred to as “Loading Diagrams,” available in limitless configurations! Once you know how many storage compartments you’ll need in a drawer, the rest is easy. Loading Diagram layouts can vary from drawer to drawer in the same cabinet.

Partitions & Dividers
The partitions and dividers that make up Stanley® Vidmar® Loading Diagrams are available in solid steel or aluminum and can be ordered individually in any length and width you require. Use Stanley® Vidmar® partitions and dividers to create your own drawer interior layouts for whatever size parts and tools you use.

Custom Foam Inserts
Stanley® Vidmar® custom foam inserts are cut to fit the exact shape of your tools and other objects. Especially ideal for mobile storage cabinets, foam inserts make spotting missing items quick and easy, helping you reduce tool loss!

Plastic Bins & Dividers
Ideal for smaller items, Stanley® Vidmar® plastic bins and dividers can be quickly removed for easy handling, issuing, and counting. Bins can be divided into smaller compartments with easy-to-use dividers. Use snap-on plastic bin label holders and paper labels to organize bin contents.

MR Latches
Designed for use with Stanley® Vidmar® mobile cabinets, MR latches keep drawers from opening while in transit.

Ball Bearing Slides
Designed to increase drawer smoothness,Stanley® Vidmar® ball bearing slides are available in four drawer widths and two drawer depths. Ball bearing drawer slides can hold up to 200 lbs. (traditional Stanley® Vidmar® drawer slides hold up to 400 lbs.). Ball bearing slides and traditional slides can be combined in the same cabinet (MR latches not available with ball bearing slides).

Plastic Quarter Trays
Stanley® Vidmar® plastic quarter trays take up one quarter of a standard drawer and are divided into 20 equal-sized compartments.

Label Holders
Stanley® Vidmar® label holders provide instant identification of drawer compartment contents. Label holders snap directly onto drawer dividers; paper labels and protective vinyl shields are included.

Adhesive-Backed Label Holders
Designed to adhere directly to a divider, partition, or plastic bin, Stanley® Vidmar® adhesive-backed label holders allow easy identification of drawer compartment contents.

Hanging File Frames
Stanley® Vidmar® hanging file frames hold two rows of hanging files. Hanging file frames include two letter-size steel frames and one file divider.

Card Trays
Stanley® Vidmar® card trays can store up to 10,000 cards. Card trays are available in five popular card sizes.

Plastic Groove Trays & Dividers
Available in three sizes, Stanley® Vidmar® plastic groove trays and dividers are designed to store and separate elongated items. Plastic groove trays take up one-fifth of a standard drawer and can be organized into compartments with groove tray dividers. Groove tray divider label holders include paper labels and protective vinyl shields.

Drawer Bottom Liners
Stanley® Vidmar® drawer bottom liners are used to help protect delicate tools and instruments (pegboard and fiberboard required for use with drawer bottom posts).

Drawer Bottom Posts
Designed to prevent them from moving around in a drawer, Stanley® Vidmar® drawer bottom posts are used to store items with center holes (milling cutters, grinding wheels, etc.). Drawer bottom posts are supplied with wood screws and round paper labels and are screwed into pegboard placed over a sheet of fiberboard (pegboard and fiberboard ordered separately). Stanley® Vidmar® adapter bushings are used to change the diameter of drawer bottom posts.

Drawer Locks
If you need to keep items secure, the final piece of your drawer configuration is a heavy-duty lock system. Stanley® Vidmar® cabinet lock options include security drawer locks, individual drawer padlocks, lock-in/lock-out latches, multiple cabinet locks, standard drawer locks, and hinge lock bars. To protect your valuable inventory, the Stanley® Vidmar® keying system is virtually impossible to duplicate.
